🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences across early grades
• Implement STEAM-based activities that promote creativity and conceptual understanding
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that aligns with the school’s mission
• Provide individualized support and encouragement to help students thrive socially and emotionally
• Use formative assessments to inform teaching and celebrate student progress—no ranking or competition
• Collaborate with subject teachers and parents to support holistic development
• Model positive behavior, reflective thinking, and ethical values in all interactions
• Organize interactive sessions, board games, and experiential learning tied to foundational subjects

📘 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, or a related field (Early Years specialization preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a child-centric approach
• Familiarity with conceptual learning methodologies and non-examination practices
• Passion for values-based mentoring and creative pedagogy
• Ability to adapt to diverse learners and support differentiated instruction
• Experience in organizing classroom experiences beyond textbook learning
